On-Premise and Off-Premise Illinois BASSET Alcohol Online Training Course

Receiving an on-premise or off-premise BASSET card on its own will only help you to work in certain businesses that sell alcohol. But if you take these courses, you’ll receive both cards and will be certified to work anywhere alcohol is served and sold. This option will allow you to take both courses at a discount over taking them each individually, and you'll be prepared for whatever situation you find yourself in. Both courses are completely online and compatible with any device that connects to the internet, such as a computer, tablet, or mobile device. As required by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, each course has both a pre-exam and a post-exam, both multiple choice. The pre-exam is taken before you begin a course and is designed merely to see your knowledge level at the start. The post-exam is taken at the end of each course and each consists of 20 multiple choice questions. You must answer at least 70% correctly, but you have an unlimited number of attempts to pass.

Additionally, there are quizzes at the end of each lesson to help you prepare for the final exams. You must get at least 70% to pass each quiz, but you have unlimited attempts to pass these as well.

Once you successfully complete each course, you can download temporary certificates of completion to prove you finished your training. We will submit your information to the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, who will mail you your official BASSET cards.
